I’ve been training with Andrejka regularly for over half a year, after having a knee injury. From the very first session, it was clear that she has deep knowledge of how the musculoskeletal system works and how it recovers. The training wasn’t just about routine exercises—every single one was tailored to my needs and current condition. We progressed systematically, from simple exercises to restore range of motion to more demanding strengthening ones. Her thoroughness and attention to detail ensured that we avoided any complications or overloading.

The results of our work speak for themselves. Today, I can proudly say that I’ve regained full range of motion in my knee; my leg is stronger and more relaxed than before.
